Colocalization Analysis: Spot counts, Manders coefficients, and Pearson correlations are algorithm-dependent and may vary with image quality. Results from JPEG images are approximate. Use raw microscopy formats (.tif, .czi, .nd2) for publication-grade accuracy.
Dilution Calculations: All calculations must be double-checked before preparing solutions. The operator is not responsible for errors in AI-generated formulas or quantities.
