What happens during the 14-day trial?
Full access to all Lab features. No credit card required. After 14 days your lab moves to the Free tier. All your data stays, nothing gets deleted. Upgrade anytime to restore full access.
What are credits for?
Credits extend your daily limit on heavy days. Subscribe for your base capacity, then buy a credit pack when you have a burst of experiments (thesis deadline, paper revision, batch of gels). Credits stack on top of your plan and never expire.
Is my data secure?
Your data is stored per-user, isolated from other labs, and only accessible to your lab members. We use HTTPS, secure cookies, and per-session authentication. Images are processed by Google Gemini and are not retained by Google after processing. See our privacy policy for full details.
Can I trust the AI-extracted data?
LabWhisperer is a research assistant, not a certified measurement device. Every extracted reading should be verified, just like you would double-check a lab assistant's work. Each notebook entry preserves the original context for cross-referencing.
What if I need more than 25 members?
Contact us at alihan.sencan@tum.de and we will set up a custom plan for your institution.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from your account and you keep access until the end of your billing period. Credits never expire even after cancellation. Your data is always exportable.
Do you offer academic discounts?
Our €4/month Academic plan is already built for researchers worldwide. That is less than a coffee per week. For labs, €29/month covers up to 10 people, which is 10x less than LabArchives per seat.
